My goal in writing this blog is to share my passion for fitness.  The hardest part of doing something new is getting started.   Anything is possible one step at a time.  Once we establish a goal to be healthy and fit it’s important to set little mini goals along the way.   As we accomplish each small goal, this becomes the stepping stone toward even bigger goals.   The focus then becomes to maintain our achievements.  In this way, we are adapting to a whole new lifestyle of health and fitness.
